To deliver adaptive courses, AI feedback, and social learning features, CVST SkillHub collects data in the following categories:

• Account data – name, email, phone number, roles, organisation, and verification artifacts.
• Learning records – course enrollments, quiz attempts, achievements, downloaded videos, and AI-detector requests.
• Device & diagnostics – device model, OS version, crash reports, IP/location approximations for fraud prevention.
• Media uploads – profile avatars, portfolio media, or content shared into communities.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate users across web, Android, and iOS clients.
• Personalise recommendations, live events, and Skill-Up video categories.
• Run AI text/image/video detection only when explicitly triggered by the user.
• Send service notifications, certificates, billing receipts, and compliance updates.
• Protect accounts through anomaly detection, moderation, and dispute handling.

We never sell personal data. Third-party processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payment gateways) only receive the minimum required information under strict contracts.

3. Data Retention & Security

Records linked to your account are kept while it is active or as required for regulatory compliance. We apply role-based access, encryption-at-rest, TLS in transit, periodic penetration tests, and 2FA enforcement for internal admins.

You may request deletion or export of your data at any time via support@skillhub.edu.

4. Your Rights

Learners and organisations using CVST SkillHub can:

• Access, update, or correct profile information.
• Download quiz history, certificates, or billing statements.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages.
• Request account deletion (see Data Deletion policy).

5. International Transfers

We host services in secure data centres with regional redundancy. When data crosses borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

6. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new regulations or feature launches. Material changes are announced via in-app banners and email notifications.
